我是新人,想办理曼省提名移民,请教如果不通过中介,是怎么个办理程序?
我在中国内地,有哪位高人可以指点.对了,我是做焊接的,听说这个可以办,还有语言如果考ielts,要几分?多谢!

is your job \"welding\"?
Canada is short of welders now, however you nedd to pass the welding test and trainning to become a \"certified welder\"

the employer should provide you with On-The-Job trainning.

Some technical college will also provide course on that.

I don\'t know which specific college or exam. But my previous job have a certified welder

If you do not have Canadian experience, you better go through agency
