请求帮助，关于填写移民申请表格的问题

各位大侠：
   帮我个忙，面一段话是"Application for permanent residence in canada"表格中的一段话，
   Details of Family Members
   You must provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not. You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada.
   下面是三列，用于填写家庭成员信息。
   我想请大家帮忙的是，我不明白上面的common-law partner什么意思？我在这里需不需要除了我配偶和孩子的信息，还应该填写我父母的信息？？最重要的是我父母的信息在这里是不是需要填写。

2 E- f' B. B. {7 g    我想请大家帮忙的是，我不明白上面的common-law partner什么意思？我在这里需不需要除了我配偶和孩子的信息，还应该填写我父母的信息？？最重要的是我父母的信息在这里是不是需要填写。

common-law partner  是没有办理过手续的 spouse, 国内的称呼叫 --- 非法同居,  spouse 是办了手续之后的 common-law partner,  国内的称呼叫 --- 合法夫妻 . 由于你只能有一个配偶, 所以如果你填了 common-law partner 你就不能填 spouse,  如果你填了 spouse 你就不能填 common-law partner.

需要填写的信息有:

1.  你的配偶
2.  你的父母兄弟姐妹
3.  你和你配偶的孩子
4.  如果你或你配偶有一方是再婚, 则以前的 n 次婚姻留下来的所有归你们抚养的孩子都要填写, 不归你们抚养的孩子不要填写.

如果你结婚了，只有你的配偶和孩子算是你的family member(s)，父母的信息是不写在这里的！在表格的说明部分有对于“family member”的定义，你可以给CIC打电话确认的～
