The Distributor:
By mutual agreement, CWMALLS agrees thedistributor to distribute its' commodities online based on the principle ofmutual reciprocity and benefit.
1. Network Distribution Concept
Network distribution means to set updistribution systems by taking full advantage of the characters of networkchannel and sell commodities online around the world.
Network Distribution;
Network Distributors add the photos andinformation of CWMALLS's commodities to their own online stores. Distributorsare responsible for introducing and contributing to making it out whencustomers inquire. Then they should inform CWMALLS to ship out instead ofthemselves. The distributors gain income mainly by the price difference and noneed to worry about the products (quality & variety), logistics andafter-sale service. For individuals, it's a model of starting your business atzero risk, zero stock and little investment.
2. Cooperation Terms for NetworkDistribution; Network distribution requirements
1[sup]st[/sup], With the passion ofthirsting for success, strong dedication and entrepreneurial heart, good moralquality, openness basing on sincerity.
2[sup]nd[/sup], Owning at least one onlinestore (at eBay, Amazon or Etsy etc.), or having excellent ability of promotingonline on the local shopping websites and forums.
3[sup]rd[/sup], Independent on businessrunning, online selling experience and good communication skills.
4[sup]th[/sup], Basic skills to operatecomputers, easy to surf the internet, and be sure online sometime everyday.
5[sup]th[/sup], All distributors have togive us the real name, telephone numbers, websites address, contact address,emails and communication tools as Skype etc., so that we can register, verifyand put on records.
3. Price Control
1[sup]st[/sup], Network Distribution PriceSystem
Commission Sale: all distributors have to carry outstrictly the online retail price set by CWMALLS and gain distribution profitaccording to a certain commission rate. Specific distribution profit iscalculated based on commodity selling volume.
2[sup]nd[/sup], Distributors must strictlyfollow the distribution price system which is calculated by the price system ofthe site. We'll cancel the cooperation with any distributor who violates theonline retail price system.
3[sup]rd[/sup], The distributor must paygreat attention to the price notice on CWMALLS's website. And settlement changecaused by any price adjustment should be subject to the notice
4. Order Process and Management
1[sup]st[/sup], Customers place orders withdistributors;
2[sup]nd[/sup], Distributors place orderswith CWMALLS;
The distributor logs in CWMALLS's websiteand place the order. Then CWMALLS confirms it and informs the distributor topay. After fill the payment, it’s best for the distributor to inform CWMALLScustomer service staff to process instantly.
3[sup]rd[/sup], CWMALLS sends commoditiesto customers directly
CWMALLS will ship out the commodities tocustomers after receiving payment .The distributor can reply the customers intime by checking the shipping time and express number through personal registeraccount.
4[sup]th[/sup], The Distributor confirmsorders with CWMALLS;
The distributor must reply to CWMALLSwhatever the order is successful, or should return, exchange after he confirmswith the customers.
5[sup]th[/sup], CWMALLS only accepts ordersplaced on online system which the whole order processing will be automaticallycontrolled by the website system. Random orders by verbal, instant messagingtools etc. will not be accepted by CWMALLS, and CWMALLS doesn’t shoulder anyresponsibility of the delay or other consequences.
6[sup]th[/sup], Order processing time:8:30am - 5:30pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays. During the non-workinghours, CWMALLS's customer service staff may be online. Phones are also preferableat special situations.
5. Payment
1[sup]st[/sup], Network Distribution takesreceiving payment and sending out as its principle. If there's any return orchange, CWMALLS will handle it according to the return policy.
2[sup]nd[/sup], Payment Options:
• PAYPAL or WESTERNUNION
• Other payment methods can be negotiated.
6. Shipment
1[sup]st[/sup], CWMALLS can send out morethan one items instead of the distributor.
2[sup]nd[/sup],CWMALLS will ship outcommodities the same day and offer the express bill number the same day or thenext morning for any order confirmed andpayment received before 4:00 pm everyday. Otherwise, it will be delayed oneday. We'll take commodities from another warehouse for no-stock items and underthis situation, they will be sent out within 3 working days. CWMALLS will notbe responsible for any loss due to no stock.
3[sup]rd[/sup], For special reasons todelay shipment, CWMALLS will inform the distributors. So they can give noticeto customers promptly.
4[sup]th[/sup], The postal address on orderbill must be very clear such as the city or villages and towns.
5[sup]th[/sup], Because of a large amountof shipment and many customers placing orders for the same item with differentcustomer service staff at the same time, there may be still no stock even ifthe order has been confirmed. The payment for out-of-stock items will bededucted for next new order or returned directly. Please well understand anyinconvenience we bring to you!
7. Division of Responsibility for Return
1[sup]st[/sup], CWMALLS ensures productquality and strive to supply high quality products to distributors. CWMALLSalso shoulder the responsibility for any return caused by quality problems andbear the express cost.
2[sup]nd[/sup], Customers can only returncommodities to CWMALLS under the following situation: 1st, report the qualityproblem or wrong order within 2days; 2nd, unused and no influence on secondarysale; 3rd, accord with the return policy. CWMALLS will ship again in the sameway the next day after return items arrive.
4[sup]th[/sup], Customers or thedistributor will bear the express cost for any return items caused bythemselves. For example, the distributor writes wrong item number, size andother order requests or customers put a wrong item size or color requests etc.
5[sup]th[/sup], CWMALLS will be responsiblefor the return and return express charges due to negligence from CWMALLS staff.
6[sup]th[/sup], Please apply for returnwithin 2days if customers are in need after receiving the commodity. Otherwise,it'll be rejected. And return is only accepted once.
7[sup]th[/sup], If customers confirm toreturn with the distributor, the distributor can inform customers to send backfollowing the address supplied by CWMALLS only after he communicates withCWMALLS and gain approval.
8[sup]th[/sup], If only to change an item, thedistributor must fill the price difference before CWMALLS receive it and reshipto the customer with the same address.
8. Others and Default Dispose
1[sup]st[/sup], Any kinds of websiteinformation release subjects to the website notice. The distributor agrees thatas long as CWMALLS releases related notice on the relevant webpage, it meansthe distributor has received the message.
2[sup]nd[/sup], The distributor is obligedto offer the actual data, to guarantee the validity and safety of the contentssuch as email address, phones, postal address, post code etc. ensuring CWMALLScan get in touch with them through above details. Meanwhile, he's alsoresponsible for updating the related register datas without delay while theychange. The distributor also guarantees against registering or verifying onCWMALLS.COM with others' information.
3[sup]rd[/sup], CWMALLS ensure to safeguardthe confidentiality of your personal information and never reveal to the thirdparty. CWMALLS complies with the privacy policy and never directly deal with customersfrom the distributor.
4[sup]th[/sup], The distributor is notallowed to reveal the wholesale price to the third party when distributeCWMALLS commodities. CWMALLS will stop all cooperation immediately once ithappens.
5[sup]th[/sup], CWMALLS has the right tocancel the qualification of any distributor if he is not good at sales, ormindless, violates the distribution system.
6[sup]th[/sup], If one party will changepostal address or other contact information, he should inform another partyaccordingly within 1 week since the change is valid. Otherwise, the changeparty should bear the responsibilities of all consequences due to the change.
