Tire Selection

I want to buy the all-season tires for winter. Any suggestion for brand and/or model. My tire size is P175/70/R13 (My car is 94 Honda Civic LX Special Edition, is the size correct?) <br /><br />I also checked some tires on the website. They are Michelin HarmonyTM &amp; Michelin Symmetry&amp;reg;. Normaly, I drive in downtown area only. Are they good for winter? <br /><br />Thanks a lot for your suggestion/comment.
