Job Description
* Grade XII
* Provides staffing replacements on shift and weekends under the guidance of the Staffing Officer
* Acts as a receptionist at Misericordia Place on evenings and weekends
* Working knowledge of Collective Agreements in relation to schedules, overtime and replacement staff
* Experience in a similar or directly related position preferably in a Dept. of Nursing
* Demonstrated computer skills
* Experience in computerized scheduling systems preferred

* Customer service experience preferred
