International Student Stream?

if I understand correctly, the whole process should be similar to the following:

1) talk to my employer and ask them to sign an official job offer statement

2) apply postgraduate workpermit

3) after I receive the workpermit, I can start preparing my package. (based on this checklist: http://www.gov.mb.ca/labour/immi ... _PDF/doc_check.pdf) or following the steps on this page
(http://www.gov.mb.ca/labour/immigrate/immigration/2_9.html)

4) after probably 1 or 6 months, I could get MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) approval

5) apply  for a Permanent Resident Visa  (I actually don't know what should do from here, but I guess there will have more detail instructions in the approval letter)

So, if anyone experienced who can confirm those steps or complete any missing step, I will be really appreciated.
